What is RP?

Restorative Practices are used in schools, both primary and secondary, as a core part of their teacher-pupil engagement, behaviour management and conflict resolution. There are numerous studies showing very positive outcomes including reduced formal disciplinary proceedings, enhanced peer communication and students being more involved in decision making and solution finding.
